Shipping policy

International Orders:

Depending on where you are located, international orders may be subject to import tariffs. These tariffs are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. You may be required to pay these charges when contacted by the UPS shipping or one of various other carriers we use. Please note that customs processing times are not included in the estimated delivery time, however it’s been our experience that UPS does a fine job of processing it for you with minimal delay. (When dealing with other carriers it possible that custom invoices may arrive some weeks after delivery.) When in doubt please check with your local customs authorities for information about any applicable fees. I should add that if customs charges are refused or remain unpaid, the order may be returned to sender. In that case, shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Shipments to the USA and Canada via UPS generally take about a week to arrive. However it will probably take longer if you live in places further away such as Asia, Australia or New Zealand.
